The restaurant consists of 3 dining rooms in which its different services are distributed: menu and a la carte dining room, private dining room and dining room for celebrations. Our cuisine is prepared in the traditional style and mixed with new technologies, using the best products on the market for its preparation. The type of cuisine is very variable since, due to the experience of those in charge of the restaurant, they can make everything from an Andalusian gazpacho, a Palencia-style baked lamb, an escalivada with anchovies, an authentic Asturian fabada, a chotillo with reduction of Verdejo and garlic or a baked lamb with black truffle aroma. We also offer game dishes, truffles, tasting, etc. We combine all this with a good dessert and a good winery. We are specialists in creating menus for parties, clubs, friends or companies. Hotel with a restaurant where they serve very rich, varied menus at a correct price. Four people ate, two children and two adults and we tried everything from salads or beans as a starter to meat and fish as a main course. All very rich. Highly recommended.
